We knew that HP is one of the most revered brand in Printing Solutions and Netgear was offering a first class Managed Print Service. We started the relationship with Netgear HP MPS with one Laserjet Enterprise Printer in July 2013 and the service was so great that at the current date we have 7 machines all of them with Managed Printing.
As an architecture practice we produce a great deal of printed material ranging from large-scale technical drawings to glossy presentation brochures. It gives us great peace of mind therefore to know that we can rely on our HP plotter and printer to reliably prepare high-quality prints and that the Netgear team is always quickly at hand to assist us with any technical matters.
We needed a fast printer and we needed a scanning solution. The multifunction device we chose allowed us to scan documents and have them saved straight onto our PCs or even email them straight from the multifunction. Given the volumes of documents we scan this improvement in work flow has greatly improved our productivity. The team at Netgear advised Amber Law, the next day the printer was installed and working.
We were keen to reduce the cost of our printing our old machine was costing us too much to run and maintain. Upgrading was also about getting newer technology. The insurance business requires a large number of documents to be stored for a long time and we therefore needed a machine capable of digitising a large volume of documents.

We print in large volumes and we also scan or fax so we chose a multifunction unit. The lower cost, the toner and the maintenance of the printers with the ink delivered before you run, out was another reason to start using Netgear MPS.
